RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Custom Made-to-Order Items

All items sold by LizMayFit are custom-made to order specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, wanting a different size after purchase, or if you simply no longer want the item.

Please carefully review size charts before placing your order to ensure the best fit. If you are unsure of sizing, please email us at lizzie@lizmayfit.com and we will help you decide on the best fit! 

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at lizzie@lizmayfit.com. We will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To qualify for a replacement, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item
  • Description of the issue

Processing Replacements

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement item to be produced and shipped to you. Please allow 10-15 business days for production and delivery of replacement items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
