All items are custom-made to order. Please allow 2-7 business days for production before your item ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery times vary by location. You can expect to receive your order within 10-15 business days. 

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Customs and Duties

For all orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs office.
